I am not able to log in because when I put the correct credentials in and move to the two factor authentication, I dont receive anything and therefore have been unable to sign into my account an cancel my subscription.

Unable to connect to my account

I am unable to remember or reset my account password. The reset Emails never get to me and I'm unable to cancel a 41$ subscription.

I am very upset that two cards were in file and one was the default card,1they pulled from the other card that was not the main card and caused fees on my sons account. Also, I have not received a call back from anyone there yet about resolving this issue. Very upset and dissatisfied with this company.
