you charged the other card in the account instead of using the default card and there when you should not be charging anything besides the default card

I am very upset that two cards were in file and one was the default card,1they pulled from the other card that was not the main card and caused fees on my sons account. Also, I have not received a call back from anyone there yet about resolving this issue. Very upset and dissatisfied with this company.
