Violent property manager working there Daryl Mayfield
I paid my rent at Biscayne Gardens apartment every month, I had a issue with the electric they do not use Fpl. I went to talk to the property manager.
Daryl Mayfield over the issue and he went off on me and kicked me out of his office followed me outside and threatened to beat me up. from that moment, my living experience experience was horrible there. He made disgusting gestures at me in front of my family and harassed me daily. I moved out of the complex early just to be away from that piece of garbage.
He recently came to my new apartment with another guy and yelled and screamed and threatened me in front of my son and wife. he works for IMC equity group I have repeatedly told them about his violent behavior and to keep him away from me and my family.
User's recommendation: do not move there as long as he is a manager!!
