Incorrect refund
I purchased a dress from Birdie Gray for my best friend's wedding, with the understanding that I could return the dress for a full refund minus the restocking fee. Upon returning the dress, I was credited $75 towards future purchases on Birdie Gray, and a $50 refund was issued to my original payment method.
However, there appears to be a discrepancy between what was promised in the return policy and the actual refund processed. Despite my attempts to rectify this matter by contacting your company via email and phone calls, I have not received a satisfactory response or solution.
Unfortunately, my calls have been directed to voicemail, and my emails have gone unanswered, leading to frustration and inconvenience on my end. If the discrepancy is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau for further assistance.
