My scooter flipped

I was riding in downtown Louisville. Now I'm I the ER being treated for a dislocated shoulder. The scooter flipped me over after normal riding. Someone should have tested the sidewalk terrain before allowing birds. I flipped and landed on my shoulder. Please be more active in your warning of customers riding in this area. I will not be using bird any more

Unprofessional behave r .

I was at Bird Road Subaru this week and the two employees behind the parts and service counter where using gross and obscene words at the counter I could hear them talking about what ever they where looking at on there monitors, when i was in the waiting room. I will never go to that dealer again. I have gone to this dealer before and thou service has never been great, it has never been this bad and the persons behind the counter had no manners. I think these two should not work around woman or children to me that was the last time.

They Lie about their delivery time

I ordered a bird cage from Bird.com and on their web page you can order an item for next day delivery. Well that was on Thursday and they didn't even put the order in until Tuesday, they keep telling me that it was shipped and I told them on Monday to cancel my order and to credit my account.They told me that the order had to be delivered and that I can refuse it and before they will even credit me they must receive the item. What kind of business is this to run, where all they do is lie to you and they won't even refund your money when you try and cancel the order. I guess because all's they are is a drop ship company that is only out to sell an item to make money. So buyer beware if you buy from them, I know that their prices look good. But I would rather pay a little more from a real company...
