Missing purchased items

In my order No. 153**** I was missing two items. When I called customer service I was told my missing items were in process. Original order was January 2023. I still am missing item BC-41370 And item No. BC-34112 Since using this site 3 days have gone by and no answer at all has come from Birchwood Casey

User's recommendation: Beware the poor customer service of Birchwood Casey.
