Collection just called my number, and I never heard of you..
Never heard of this company or ordered anything from any food site or anywhere else this is some kind of scam.

I had money in my account when I paid my bill and now they are trying to attempt to process it and they can't. Why can't they pull the money right away.
Your Billing Deptment is not doing their job.
Also your website that I used to go to pay my bill works faster then calling in to pay my bill but your website is down. If the company is out of business why I am I paying on the bill still.
Being billed for an account i paid off in 2019 from a collection agency.
i received a demand notice from CONVERGENT.THEY SAID THEY DID AN INVESTERGATION. I CALLED THEM AND THEY GAVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL FOR BIRCHLAND MARKET AND THIER WAS NO OPTION TO SPEAK TO ANY ONE.

Canceled my order, refuse to say why
I ordered 6 gift baskets this holiday season and after they did not arrive I contacted the company, Birchland Market. I received an email back that said they had canceled my order.
I called, but their automated system doesn't allow talking with a human, so I sent a follow up email asking why they canceled my order. I then received another email from them, stating the exact same thing as the first email.
They refuse to give information or deal with my emails. These gift baskets were Christmas presents, so obviously I am now shopping for presents that will arrive well after Christmas due to Birchlands apparently standard business practices.

This is a shady company , telemarketing calls up to three a day wanted me to buy credit , stay away from this company it has been taken over by dishonest entities.

I placed an order on December 19. I was told my order would make it to the recipient before Christmas called a week later, to only find out order wasn't placed. Now the recipient will not receive their gift....Also to add many of the products were sold out.

I also got a call from a collection agency saying I owe $210 & it is in collections. The order was supposed to be from 2021.
I know I did not order food from any online store during the pandemic lockdown, except from Wal-Mart & Amazon. The call was supposedly from a collection agency - TransWorld Systems LTD - which is close to an actual collection agency but not the same agency. It's a SCAM! I told the woman I denied the charge.
And what online company sends you products w/o payment upfront.
I reported this to the police. They couldn't do much but did take the report so if anyone else calls, or falls for it & pays, they can inform the public better.
