EdenPure Gen 4 is unreliable
The first one made it almost through a winter with marginal heating capability before I had to send it back for replacement. The refurbished (replaced)second one lasted a week. Now I'm fighting with the company to get my initial investment back. There is really no need to write a hundred words on why this heater is not a good purchase to make. The plain truth is that it is a waste of money and time. Really.... I need to write a hundred words? I think my next complaint will be about this site. What a waste of time! There 100 words!

Thank you for your posting. I was looking for a replacement heater for our living room because our oil radiator heater gave out after a faithful eight years of service.
I guess we will keep looking. I am sorry for your troubles with this company; we hope that things have been straightened out. Companies have no right to treat consumers like you were treated.
I see this company has a poor product line; an electric heater that does not work properly is not something that should be brought into one's home. Thank you for everything.
hello i am having the same problem except i had to pay $29.95 for a shipping label on 1/7/12 and they were suppose to email me a shipping lable never recived lable and now all they do is give me the run aroud the heater only lasted about 3 months and it stoped working time to take action and get a lawer involved
