Bio-Tec Has not paid me!!!

I have seen another complaint about Bio-Tec Emergency Services on this site and I will say also that they have over $650.00 of my money for enrollment and supplies. I went on 1 job and 3 months later I haven't gotten paid!!! They have no training program and they don't answer my e-mails. I had to borrow the money just to get started and I feel like I got robbed without a gun. Shame on them. They are giving me the run around so Stay away from this company!!! I am Pissed off!!! Not Happy!!!

I worked for them too. I paid $500 to start.

They paid me for ONE job them not for the next. and I did them perfectly and I followed all the proper aseptic techniques. I am pissed and wish I could sue. they did not even have the proper waste disposal for me and asked me to put it in my own garbage at my house.

Very unprofessional.

I want my $500 back!!! :(

Bio-Tec Emergency Services has not paid me!

I paid a $400 enrollment fee to get registered as a crime scene clean up technition for Bio-Tec. I also spent over $500 on cleaning solutions and all of the equipment needed. I never recieved a certificate for completing the program, nor did I feel as though I was properly trained to work on my own. After months of marketing for the company I was finally called by Adam Backstrom to do a job. I responded promptly, being assured that I was going to get paid $50 per hour to complete the job. After working for 8 hours to clean up a homicide I completed all of my job forms properly, and mailed them out. It has been over 2 months since then.... and still no check! I have constantly been trying to get a hold of Adam, as well as the company owner Mark... and no one is returning my calls or e-mails!!! At this point, I'm pissed. I don't understand how this company can take such advantage of people and still be in business!

I worked for Bio-Tec Emergency Services too and got ripped off as well. I was saving every e-mail from them but my email was hacked and now I am unable to get into it.

I started in 2012 and I paid them $500 for "training" and supplies. I did get paid for the first clean up but after the second one they would not pay up. Adam 'Backstabbing' Backstrom kept coming up with *** excuses like, "We're waiting for the insurance company to pay." and blah blah blah. I told him I thought that they were scam artists and kept e-mailing about my check and then I can't access my e-mail so I guess suing by myself is out of the question.

I have no proof that I was ripped off. But I too would LOVE to see those f*ckers get sued and pay these people, including myself. And they didn't even give me a proper dump site for the Bio-hazardous waste! And had the nerve to tell me to put stinky dead body left overs in my OWN trash receptacles!

SOOO PISSED! WE need to join together and take action!

Wow... I was getting ready to start as of this upcoming Friday.

This is my dream job and I cried with happiness when I got the phone call. He sounded real legit. Now my tears are turned into sadness.

I knew it was too good to be true. :sigh

Im going through the same issue with them not paying.Im going on 2 yrs for 2 jobs even when I have the proof from the clients Adam and Mark still refuse to pay.I already filed a lawsuit against Bio Tec and grounds to have there license revoked.

The same here screwed by the *** ! Jonas has looked into a class action suit They owe me $5500 Did you do any marketing for them?

contact the Fed board of labor in your state. Thet will go after him for Hrs worked for marketing min wage. I got $1279 ,and that pissed him off!
