I want to return an item that I don't need. I don't want my insurance to have to pay for it.

As far as I know, BioTab has made no attempt to call me back.

I'm not impressed with their business at all. I'm even less likely to want to do business with them in the future!

Compression pump stopped working

i have called this company every day last week, i have left messages for the person in charge of my area with no return phone calls, i have left messages for her supervisor with no return phone calls, i have been with out my compression pump for 10 days now with no resolution on how it can be fixed, i have lost all my progress made by using pump for last 2 months due to this issue, i would not recommendgo to some other company with better customer serviceg this company for any reason, terrible customer service
