Over the past three weeks Ive called and left three voice messages, Ive also sent an e-mail message. I cant get anyone from the company to call or email me back to resolve the issue

Never heard if the order was being shipped. Sent two emails for confirmation order would be shipped soon.

No responses.

Finally the replacement filter arrived in a very minimally protective bubble envelope via USPS and it was crushed and broken. Once again I am unable to get any response about this issue.

We are beyond infuriated. BioSmart is incredibly bad.
