the Visco Ankle Skin™ w/Figure-8 Wrap is one of the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE ankle support products ever.
I notified the executive office of this fact, requested return for refund or exchange -they totally ignored my email - when asked to either either exchange for a different product or issue a refund - the "customer service manager" refused - when asked why the company president (whom i had previously talked to about their products) failed to reply - the customer service manager stated "because he didn't want to talk to you".
Stay away from this company and their products!

I cannot see anything wrong with the way Cropper Medical acted in either of the two comments. The fact they took so much time to listen to your complaints is astonishing. You should be thankful there are companies like them.
Bio Skin's web site tool for knee brace sizing indicated I should take a medium size. When I got the knee brace it was too small.
The sizing directions on the box indicated I should take a large. Customer service would not exchange the item, I had to return, wait for a credit to be issued, then buy a new brace.
Needless to say, I went somewhere else for my purchase. Stay away from Cropper Medical...
I have always had a positive experience with Cropper Medical. Their customer servive team has always been super helpful, and I have personally spoken with the president of the company reguarding their newest back brace and he had the utmost respect and care when talking to me over the phone. Consumers shouldn't be fooled by this persons bad report.
Bio Skin is designed for active individuals with ligament instabilities and soft tissue soreness.
We were very sorry to refuse to do business with this consumer after trying to help her with very frustrating health problems for many years.
We gave her more attention than we give some of our largest customers and still never lived up to her hopes. We hope she finds a product for her unique indications.
