My order was never delivered, and 2 months later there is still no refund. Customer support is effectively useless: you receive polite but meaningless replies while nothing actually gets resolved.
After reading many other reviews, it is clear this is not an isolated case.
Delayed or missing deliveries and endless excuses appear to be a recurring pattern.
What makes this even more frustrating is that there are many other online sellers offering cumin seed oil of much higher quality, with very fast shipping and responsive, accurate customer support.
I will go back to those vendors. Never again Bionatal.

There was a white thing under the top blocking the black seed from coming out IMO could not take it out so I knocked it in does the will the black seed eat the blocker and become contaminated or is it still safe to drink

Good day. It's a 100% safe and friendly food silicon stopper produced by FDA standards.
It has no any effect on oil.
You should to screw it out following the instructions on the sticker. Starting from December 2020 we will have new bottles 2021 model that has no silicon stopper and it's easy to open.
