Time sensitive order problem
My address update did not update. So, when I placed an order it had the wrong address.
The online support had email as the only option. This is usually to slow to fix updating an address on a shipment. I did a search and found four phone numbers to biolite. The first referred me back to their website to submit an email, the rest had busy signals.
They did respond to the email within an hour and attempted to fix the address successfully.
I would give them five stars if you could actually talk to a human, So, they will have to settle for 4.9 stars. Otherwise, great company and great products.
