Unablle to cancel subscription

I have a subscription for a 140.00 serum I want to cancel. I am unable to sign onto the website or contact the agency that sells this product.
I have tried to change my password on this website, it says that there is no record of my email, but I am emailed a reminder for the subscription.
The email reminder has no contact information and does not give the choice to cancel.
I am about to be charged again for a product that is not worth the cost.
