The Bio Advanced BRUSH KILLER

So, I've bought this particular brand of killer for poison ivy, vines, weeds all mentioned on packaging! For the cost in my state (Michigan) it is $36.-41.00 depending on where you buy.
I've NEVER asked for a refund ( even if the company promotes a money back guarantee).
However, In this economy I think everybody is struggling financially a little bit And Expending this kind of money and seeing any results is extremely disappointing Um the first time that I used it which was last year Some you know and I figured potentially it would wasn't issue with myself as far as the timing I applied it Which was not the case Um Followed You know the instructions Thoroughly set by step multiple times And Um no results I mean it did however keep growth of new weeds for the existing ones for approximately 8 days and now it's almost as if I didn't do anything and I spent hours and I mean hours trying to clear out this area and I'm extremely disappointed and this time I am going to get my money back and I'm going to get my money back for the other dial that I purchased as I have the receipt in the bottle with the UPC code I can even include pictures so buyer beware if you have extremely problematic areas look for something else. Or, use a landscaping company to get rid of it permanently because this doesn't do the trick!

2 HIGHLY INVASIVE weed species grew back and invaded my entire yard!! I see a lawsuit in this companies future. You will spend thousands fixing your yard if you use this product**

I purchases 6 bottles of Weed &Grass Killer the super concentrate as I had a lot of area to cover. I promise you, YOU DO NOT want to buy from this brand.
It did kill grass and weeds HOWEVER what grew back in its place were 2 HIGHLY invasive weed species not even from this region. Not only did these two species grow and fill every single area sprayed but has migrated out into my yard and let me tell you where one grows a lot will start growing quickly after!
Using this product has not only been a huge headache but in time and expenses I'm highly considering a lawsuit as it seems once this process starts on the scale in which I wanted no grass growing around so many things in an effort to eliminate the need for weed eating around so many structures and the HIGHLY invasive species that grew back now invading my yard it seems like I will have to have a professional deal with this issue and have bald spots all over my yard etc.
Trust me, spend the extra on a well known product! You won't be saving but losing a lot of time and money trying to save on this literal crap!

I purchased a bag of grub killer plus fo $50 and I put it down three separate times and it didnt work
The grubs are still in my lawn
My fungus control bottle did not spray
- The bottle directs to the internet after calling; no response.
- I am unhappy with service.

I called number on bottle and they direct you to Internet. I did that and still no one actually responded.
I am very dissatisfied with bio advanced treatment of customers. Use another company for fungus control spray. Nothing came out of bottle other than water.
I have used this before without an issue. I want the bottle replaced.
No technical support department!!!

I have technical questions about their weed killer product so I called the customer service number and asked for the technical support department. A YOUNG lady said she could help me.
I said I had accidently gotten some overspray on my tomato plants and they were still growing but the leaves looked distorted. New fruits were coming in and I had not gotten spray on the soil because I have a good layer of mulch. She said hold a minute. When she came back she said not to eat the fruit and not to plant anything for a year.
While she was gone I looked up 2-4D (the active ingredient) and it breaks down in 10 days in the soil!! She has never heard of 2-4D. I asked for a technical person. She said they do not have a technical support department.
Don't know squat about 2-4D. This is of great concern.

Tried to call twice today.Calls would not go through.I guess they blocked me
I bought bio advanced season long weed control. I applied that as directed and it did not work.
The representative I talked with said give it more time. During that time I misplaced the container and did not find it until yesterday. I called today gave all my information was put on a long hold they never came back I had to call back again.
I was then told it had been too long since I had applied the product and since I was requesting a refund and there was no refund to be had. I will never buy anything from bio advance again for such poor customer service and selling a product that does not work.

Blue Sprayer tip was bought broke, please send out new one
I bought it and took it home and the blue tip had a crack in it. Was leaking weed killer and not spraying correctly.

Stained house
- Rep said it would come off in time; after 3 weeks it's still there.
- I tried bleach and Magic Eraser with no luck; supervisor was unavailable.
The subject concentrate stained the bottom side of my house. three weeks ago. The rep from Bayer advised it will come off in time.
I tried bleach, mildew remover and mr clean magic eraser with plenty of elbow grease. Still now able to get it clean. Contacted Bayer again and the same rep said it will come off in time. I then requested to speak to a Supervisor and he said no one available.
Bayer took no responsibility for a suspect bottle of their product.
Terrible customer service. Rep would not listen and kept cutting me off. I feel rep was very unprofessional. This is all I have at this time
