Bio-Terre and their Talisman

My elderly mother called the company about a talisman from a spanish television advertisement because they do not mention the price in the ad. The price turns out to be $500. My mother says no thank you and hangs up. Couple of weeks later the company calls my mother asking if she received the product and how does she like it. Mind you she never ordered the product to begin with and informs them. In order to make a sale they inform her that she's one of the few lucky ones that now she can own the talisman for a reduced price. They even go as far as informing her they spoke to their guru and with their permission the talisman was reduced to $100.00. Just to get them out of her hair (stressed) she feels forced to make the purchse where payment is made after delivery. Another week later I answer the phone and the company states the product will be arriving shortly in the week. They further ask me will someone be home to accept the delivery. I answer no and they ask me why. I tell them because we no longer want the product. The sales rep tells me in an authoritive manner, but you have to the product has already been delivered. At which I state, not from my point of view. If we do not have the product then services have not been rendered and you can't force us to buy something we do not want. Sales rep: What do you think that people work for free?? We have the conversation recorded where your mother committed herself to the sale and we will sue. Either you pay the shipping or the product price and shipping. You don't want your credit smeared. I respond: What the *** is that supposed to mean did I ask you all that,... that is uncalled for and unprofessional as a customer rep and business person. I asked for a supervisor at which she claims she is the supervisor. I hang up. To no avail, I called the company various times to file a complaint and everyone claims to be the supervisor. I filed a BBB complaint and the day I read the company response to BBB literally 5 minutes later I get another call from the company. There has to be some way to stop them and their fraudulent advertisements that equivocate to the holy water advertisements that were banned.
