Smart X. Blow dryer stopped working

Blow dryer stopped turning on after three weeks of use. Tried several options to contact bioionic with no success ! This Blow dryer was expensive! I have left voice mails and emails with no replys for several weeks.

User's recommendation: Do not waste your money on this product.

Smart x dryer not changing settings not on lock

Why is my smart x dryer not toggling up for heat or pressure. Its not on lock, has worked but not working now. Thank you

Mine stopped too! The second one they sent me.

I work two days a week in the salon. This is really upsetting.

Bio Ionic Kera Smooth

Horrible. Killed my hair. I have three times less hair due to it falling out. I have breakage at the roots. Hair literally a half inch long from my scalp after this treatment. I should never of had it done, my hair was gorgeous before and now I have to cut it. Its fried, dead and lifeless. I had it done in a salon too. Also burned sores on my scalp. I wish I had done more research, or believed the negative reviews that I did read. I should have saved my 250 dollars, I will have to spend so much trying to get it healthy again. My hair doesn't grow fast either. I am so sad.

Probably was because of the hairdresser's incompetence.

i just had bio ionics done on friday for the 7th year in a row. i do it once a year, and have never had a bad experience.

my hair is halfway down my back, and in much better condition then before i started this treatment. i'm male by birth, and have no hair falling out issues.

I had the same treatment done ad had the same result. How log did your hair fall out? Its been 3 weeks and my hair is still falling out!!!

Right! She was reading the directions while she did it.

Im loyal and kept going to her.

Finally broke free now..dyed hair brown and got a trim. I still have scabs on my scalp and a ton of breakage

you can not leave this product on the hair longer than 10 mins so the stylist needs to be FAST!!! I have read horrible stories about this product but being a stylist myself I can tell that these clients were worked on by a stylist who didn't know how to use the product.

I have had this done on my hair and it is FABULOUS! so shiny without any product on it...love it!
