Complete dissatisfaction with Binson's
I ordered a hospital bed on 9/2 -- it has been 30 days and I am still waiting. They did the run around about waiting for the doctor to sign another form, but didn't want me to contact the doctor. They fail to return calls. I have had 3 days waiting for the delivery of the bed with no shows, cancellations, and no return calls. This business is supposed to be knowledgeable about medical/senior care -- they are far from it. This business is a joke.
User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.

Complaint Against Binson's Go Chair
Order # 1187**** Delivery Date 05-11-2018 Purchase Date 05-10-2018 # 439**** I purchased a Pride Go Chair through Binson's Durable Medical Equipment on Lawrence Street. When calling for information a salesperson (Matt Strnad) explained to me the process of purchasing durable equipment. So, I followed his instructions. I paid $100 for a uber driver for the day to go from West Bloomfield to Centerline and back with many construction zones in between. The purchase was made via s credit card. Needless to say I was lied to. A bait and switch tactic was performed on my behalf. The go chair came from Binson's Livonia location not Centerline. The chair was not in the same condition as the chair selected in Centerline. I was forced to accept the chair with the promise that a technician would be out to adjust chair. I have since found out the problem with this chair is a manufacturer's defect x 2. This entire situation has been a nightmare for me. It has been 3 months of several phone calls, many lies, total frustration, etc. Now, Binson's is trying to force me to pay $75 for an inspection of the chair, not repair it just inspect it. I do not understand why they will not bring me the chair I presumed I purchased and take back this poorly built chair. The right rear wheel has a problem now and makes a terrible loud noise apparently a manufacturer's defect addition. I have had it. The unanswered phone calls, lies, run arounds are ridiculous. I purchased this equipment in good faith only to receive stress, aggravation, and fear. I am a disabled 74 years old senior with several medical issues. I can't walk more than 10 steps. My only mode of transportation is this chair. It is a shame how seniors with disabilities are treated in today's retail market. Please help me resolve this issue (2 manufacturer's defects within 3 months of purchase is ridiculous on a 5 year warranty. #1 lever to remove seat causes rocking #2 ball bearings in rear right wheel defective.) In addition to the above mentioned problems I gave Binson's my 10 years old heavy duty power chair that they were going to refurbish and resell, what happened to the promised fee I was to receive upon Matt's approval from his boss as to the amount? grammy44@***.com
