Worst company ever for BMW parts. I have to dispute a charge using PayPal.
My purchase was for $116. And for that money they ask for this kind of reviews.
I know I made the mistake of buying from them.
I will never buy again from this company selling cheap products. I did not like a shift made of cheap plastic, the plastic material was not stated on the product web page. Now I understand that because is a cheap product, they don't take it back, they will not sell it easily, and they prefer to lose a customer instead of dealing with the product's quality.
Sad situation and not an honest way of making business. That is not how you make your money, guys.
When you as customer, are buying, they respond to your questions immediately, when you are complaining, it takes days or weeks to respond to your complaint.
ECS Tuning, FCP Euro, those are real companies with BMW OEM products and excellent customer service. When you have a problem, they take back their product with no hesitation and they refund your money if you are not 100% satisfied.
Like I said, I made a mistake buying from this kind of company.
I am a member of the BMW CCA and I did not know that for his kind of practices, the most of the members stay away from this kind of company, until it was late for me.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If not, some day you will regret it.

customer service is non existent. a one 800 no.
that ends with a message, they don't respond in a timely fashion.
Bimmian was sold to new owners almost 2 years ago. I think they are just clearing stock and they really don't know what they are doing.

I always have a great experience when ordering with bimmian ed is the man .if he is unavailable and you leave a message he always gets back to me i have issues witch ed addressed in a timely matter thanks again bob nyc
Avoid them
Ordered a part that I thought could connect my Iphone 8 to my BMW. It did not fit.
When I emailed them, the customer service rep just kept arguing that the website indicated it would not work with an Iphone 8. Since the order confirmation only indicated they received my order and it had no information on the part I ordered, he knew I could not prove anything. He send me an email with information that the part would not work and said they had included that information in the ordered confirmation, which was an outright lie.
Any reputable company would simply say they are sorry the part did not fit and offer a refund for a return of an unused part. You will be sorry you purchased from them if you have any problem.

Located in Canada!
Their deceptive website makes it difficult to understand the consequences of their Canadian location. If you have to return anything, be prepared to pay $$$$$ and waste time at the post office.

EDIT: Just received a call from Mike regarding my incident after I had emailed them. He told me that he reviewed the call and that he was glad I brought this to their attention.
He profusely apologized and stated that this behavior of this particular employee is not representative of Bimmian as a whole and that he will take disciplinary action against this employee.

Called in to inquire about a license plate holder because I had a few questions regarding fitment on a specific E46 bumper. The guy who answered seemed nice enough at first.
He put me on hold for a couple of seconds (but failed to MUTE the phone) to ask his coworker about the, and I quote, "junk plastic part that go on the front bumper", and then he repeats what I told him regarding fitment and states "here it is under the scroll down, ZHP bumper, is this guy ****ing *** or what?". At that point, I hung up. If you're going to talk smack about a potential customer, at least try not to forget to press the "HOLD" button so it mutes the phone. Overall, they lost a customer permanently.
Go to any other European performance-oriented online sellers. Bimmian.com is terrible.
Bimmian - Weisslicht Light Bulb Review
0 stars! Not as described products!
They claim the led bulb was error free and they WERE NOT ERROR FREE! Brand is weisslicht. They do error on dash and hyper flash. These People are terrible customer service is like dealing with a dog running away from you and your trying to catch it.
Like are you serious! Stay away from this you've been warned!
There are a lot of great sites that do care about their customers! Avoid them!
Bimmian - Simon 3 Cable Review
I received a cable for use in programing my ECU. When downloading the software Norton removed it from my system saying it IS a virus.
Contacted Bimmian and after a lengthy and insulting process of registering the return "request" was told no and that "thousands of people " had installed the program...so should I. Return denied. So...I should chance my computer AND trust the ECU to be programmed by someone that can't program software on a PC!? Right....
Also gave the excuse it was a custom order part. It is a CABLE. A generic one. Not custom till you tie it to the car.
Not.Possible without the software. Last time I buy from them.
Save your money. Buy elsewhere.
Dishonest company selling "error free bulbs" which ARE NOT!
Bought a pair of bulbs which they guaranteed not to "hyper flash" They did on my Infiniti and I asked to return them. You have to return them to Canada and they take forever to get there!
My bulbs were returned due to additional postage required per their return department. When I received my bulbs back there was no issue with the postage! The lights are not the brightness LED's as they claim either. For $100.00 they should be what they advertise but they are not!
Once I received the bulbs back I called the company and they said I was now past the days I could try and return them again!
This is a very dishonest company! If I bought them in the USA I should have been able to return them in the USA!

Seems great to me
I spoke with Ed on the phone last week, and placed an order for a new steering wheel and some other items for my e92 M3. Great service, nice guy. When the wheel showed up, it was just as pictured on the website.
One of the items was missing from my order, so emailed and Gavin got back to me in less than 5 hours and explained to me it shipped in a different box. He was right, it arrived the next day. Good service there too.

Bimmian's outdated website
I inquired about the Led lights for a 2015 X3 that I had on order from the dealer. After speaking to both Adrian and Gavin they confirmed what was on their site would fit my vehicle.
I received the led lights no problem and waited for the dealer to tell me the car was in. The Led lights are supposed to simply replace the snap out grills on the bottom of the bumper. Turns out the bumper design and grill for the X3 changed in 2014. The led lights they insisted would fit my new 2015 X3 do not even come close.
Turns out the factory picture they have of the X3 is that of a 2012. Their website and their information has been outdated for TWO years. Upon calling I was told "somebody" would look into it and call me back. Never got any call, despite calling back myself THREE times.
Three wks later I get an e-mail stating another e-mail would be sent with an attachment with a return label. Never got the attachment .. only an attitude from Gavin who insists it' in his "sent file".... Every time you call this company you speak to Gavin or Adrian...
they are both knuckleheads. Although this experience has been LESS than fruitful and still waiting for my refund (will eventually get it as I've opened a dispute with PayPal) I did receive the carbon fiber covers for the pillar moldings between the two doors. They look good. My advice to anyone ordering anything from this company is to make absolutely sure what they have on their mostly outdated website will fit your car.
and..... definitely use PayPal so you will have some dispute power when they most assuredly will *** up your order.

These people are the worst... they ask for $$$ deposits on the products you order from them, and then when you send them the required swap-out piece, they do not refund your money.
It has been a complete nightmare dealing with them. Their customer service is the worst. You never know who you are dealing with -- and attempts to speak to "someone in charge" are met with little more than a "good luck with that"...
Emails and phone calls are ignored... Now I have the hassle of having to deal with my CC company because of these thieving imbeciles...

Review
I ordered some overpriced bmw emblem sticker overlays for my car recently. After selecting my shipping address, I told them my dilemma in the "note to seller".
I explained that they would have to change the shipping address if USPS was used. They didn't do anything and USPS doesn't ship to my address.
It will be shipped back to New York tomorrow and I'll have to wait another week to get my *** emblems. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BIMMIAN.
DON'T BUY FROM BIMMIAN!!! CHEAP CHINES JUNK!!!! FOR $$$$$$$$$
bimmian sells cheap counterfeited chinese items, i bought a C110 scanner for my 01 BMW 740 to read some the codes from the ABS module and all i get is a message saying that my car is not equipped with it. I tried 4 other BMWs different years and models and the tool doesn't read anything else other than OBDII codes.I paid almost 200.00 dollars for a piece of *** customer service told me that they would contact their R & D dept.
and let me know.... this is being advertised as the state of the art BMW scanner good to scan AirBags, ABS, EDC, Radio, etc.
but for some reason doesn't think BMWs have AirBags or ABS. I can go to Advanced Auto to read my engine codes for free

Don't Buy From BIMMIAN!!!
MY wife purchased new Halo lights bulbs for my BMW 750 Li for my birthday from Bimmian.com. She was told that the bulbs that she was purchasing were the "brightest" on the market and that no one would have anything this bright on any model BMW.
They lied! They are not even close to others I've seen and one is even barely noticeable - got pictures. They told me that they could send me a return receipt and test them and if THEY found something wrong with them then they would refund my money. I asked if they could send out another set since I was going to have to pay another $150 to have them removed, and at that time we could install the newer set and then I could see for myself if it was the original set of bulbs.
They laughed and said no way. Okay, I'm out $170 for the bulbs ($40 on eBay), $150 for the installation and another $150 for the removal and they said that they would wave the restocking fee if THEY find that something was wrong with them.
I told them that I would be disputing the charges with the credit card company and then they had a fit. They asked why and I hung up.
