Magic Memories @ Biltmore Estate
I was told by this company that took our picture when we got off the shuttle bus that if we paid $33.17 that we would have full digital rights to our photos to print where we want to. We clearly do not.
We were ripped off for $33.17 and have they only have an automated response on their customer "lack of service " email. My wife and I are very unhappy with this experience from Biltmore. My wife clearly wanted some pictures from Biltmore that we will never have.
I have documents to prove this if I can get an email address.
They have truly left a bad taste in our mouth. We wanted to get the prints package with the Biltmore booklet but it was too expensive but now we have nothing.

Discoloration and tarnished pots and pans within several usages. I’m not very happy with them. Especially since my mom and niece have the same ones. I wanted to exchange them at Belks.
I went to Belks department store to exchange them and they didnt have them in stock at the time I went to return them. They took my information down and said, they would call me when they get some in, which never happened.
The pots and pans were a gift to me, so I dont have a receipt. I decided to reach out to you and see if theres anything you can do to rectify the problem.
If you need pictures of the pots and pans I can text a picture of them and send them to you. Im just not happy with the quality of the pots and pans, Especially with the cost of your product.Thanks in advance!
