Problem still not resolved !!!

Answer my call and take care of the problem!! Still no results and I dont know what to do I went to store for help but they had no answers either! My son bought me the large box of biltmore pots and pans for Christmas and I cant clean them Its leaving stains on the pots I dont have receipt and he lives out of town!

I was told by this company that took our picture when we got off the shuttle bus that if we paid $33.17 that we would have full digital rights to our photos to print where we want to. We clearly do not.

We were ripped off for $33.17 and have they only have an automated response on their customer "lack of service " email. My wife and I are very unhappy with this experience from Biltmore. My wife clearly wanted some pictures from Biltmore that we will never have.

I have documents to prove this if I can get an email address.

They have truly left a bad taste in our mouth. We wanted to get the prints package with the Biltmore booklet but it was too expensive but now we have nothing.

Discoloration and tarnished pots and pans within several usages. I’m not very happy with them. Especially since my mom and niece have the same ones. I wanted to exchange them at Belks.

If you need pictures of the pots and pans I can text a picture of them and send them to you. Im just not happy with the quality of the pots and pans, Especially with the cost of your product.Thanks in advance!
