We did not receive what we ordered

Ordered food from the local business, they turned off their phone, so we had to drive to the establishment to order. Order was about 40.00 drove back home got home the order was totally wrong, had to drive back with receipt and told them they screwed up our order they remade the items. The thing that *** me off is that they never acknowledged they messed up, nor they said sorry, about that or here have a free french fry for your troubles. It's like I was inconveniencing them because I brought back an order they screwed up.
