Verified Reviewer |Worst company I've ever had to deal with
Over a month now since first ordered and billyoh still haven't collected the incorrect delivery. They have told me several days they would collect and I took the day off each time losing money and still they have not collect and still refuse to refund until they collect.
They have now also told me the correct item I ordered is no longer available. Now having to go through paypal to get things sorted
Two weeks ago, I ordered a firepit for my friend's birthday. Delivery was within five days as it states, but they sent the completely wrong firepit in a damaged box.
After numerous messages and calls, the service has been terrible and two weeks later they are telling me I have to wait another week and refuse to refund any money until they collect the firepit they wrongfully sent out in another week's time. They are a shocking company that shouldn't be in business!

Still awaiting delivery 11weeks from order. Customer Service operative checked the order assured us that it should be delivered within 1week now. He advised that this has been made priority.

Cover up
I ordered a 4seater bench cover only to be sent a 4 burner BBQ cover. Over a two week period I had over twenty e-mails from them and a similar number of repies from me.
No action. All they wanted was a photograph. Now I am of an age when quill pens were the norm, how the *** do I do that.
Cut no ice. Give up.
