Dear Bills Customer Service,
Im writing to raise a concern about a recent visit to one of your restaurants.
Around two weeks ago, I ordered the unlimited pancakes offer. However, after only three plates, I was informed that no more pancakes were available, and the offer could not continue. No alternative or compensation was offered at the time.
I chose this option based on it being advertised as unlimited, so I was disappointed that the service did not match what was promised.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a partial refund or a voucher.
The visit took place on 27/03/2026 at your St Marys Church House, Chain St, Reading RG1 2HX branch.
