Unprofessional scammers
I ordered nike tee shirts from bills outlets.com the next day they canceled my order online and refused to refund my money when I called several times they gave every excuse to why I'm not getting a refund including it's my banks fault, I gave them the wrong information etc.then finally they swore at me and blocked my phone. So I called then about 10 more times with different phone numbers every time they swore at me and hung up considering they advertise on Google I don't know how they legally are able to steal from people and keep getting away with it I did call the better business bureau I lost $135

I ordered over $300.00 worth of gear from Bills. All of it was returned because it was too small.
This was in March 2025. Needless to say, I haven't received my refund and it's June 2025. The phone number used for this business just rings—no answer ever.
To make it simple, avoid this place; just a bunch of knockoffs, poor quality clothing, and horrible customer service. To all of my military family, I took one for the team already, so you don't have to.

No , my issue still isn't resolved... So I call my Bank to file a report and now they are investigating to get my money back .. also BillsOutlets is also called " ALCO Fashion"
I Still Have NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND OF $153.00 BACK... BillsOutlet still haven't contacted me or Haven't responded to my emails, messages or Calls...
Still Nothing today is Now April 20, 2025... I Made my purchase on March 30,2025....
I made a Purchase for clothing in the of $153.00 On March 30, 2025 ... It's Now April 19, 2025...
I paid a extra $24 for 2 days air express to receive my order faster...
Bills Outlet emailed me days later saying something was wrong with my address.. in which I have ordered from them Multiple times, they cancelled my Order On their on and had refunded my money back to my card, no response to my emails or messages Or Phone calls, and you can't get thru to anyone to speak to at all I'm Pissed

Was scammed
They cancelled my order and didn't give me my money back. I called for 3 weeks asking where my order was at and the man called me a *** over the phone.

They haven’t refunded my original form of payment and they received their merchandise back before 30 days were up.
I would recommend this company to anyone they are a total ripoff. They dont answer the phone or their email.
