Zero if possible.So far nothing except frustration. After trying to PLACE A PHONE CALL I have been asked over and over for more information.

Someone calling herself Cathy with Billion Graves contacted me a few minutes ago and asked for my EMAIL which I sent. Still no response.

Website is impossible to use. All I want to do is cancel my subscription I thought had been done a year ago.
