Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.

Ordered a piece back in April and by early October, no product in sight. To include getting the run around on the website and through E-Mails. After they offered to issue a refund, we are about a month into this part of the Fiasco. I will never even look their way again! Run! Buyer Beware!!

Love the product love the options. Hate that they say 4 to 6 weeks and not even close. 1st time I ordered in nov of 22 didn't receive until March or April. Should of learned I put another order in April 23 and I still haven't got it yet. They keep saying I have to wait on my color. That is fine but if you going to take 18 weeks then tell me please. I just want honesty and then if I choose to wait that is on me

Do these parts even exist?

8 months and counting for a rad cap... Called last month and spoke to the owner who refundede without giving me time to think about it and sent an invoice saying it would ship end of week, implying it was done and forgotten to ship, well a month later I have nothing and called again, got a an employee this time and he said it was on the list to be engraved still and I should have a tracking number in a week or two when it ships... What kind of shady business is this?

I ordered an oil dip stick back in December. Its not July and I still have no idea when I am going to get this product. I have emailed multiple times and just get the run around. This company is trash. Don't buy anything from them!! Go to American Brothers Designs if you want engine bay products!

Long delivery times

I ordered a Radiator Support dress up kit on April 13. It is now Aug 3 and still no idea when I will see these parts. I ordered them in red with custom engraving which should take some time. But it will likely be 4 months. The parts I have received are excellent but lead time is not. If you want something for a spring car show, you better order in Sept or you may not get it.

Bad business practices

I ordered an oil catch can 2months ago now and paid extra to have it painted a matte color. Still, nothing. Call the number on the page and the guy answers the phone every time like it's a personal cell or something. He tells me if I want it unpainted it can be sent out next week but has no answer for when it will be painted. They will definitely not be getting any of my money and I'm definitely sure that the Mopar Society doesnt know how bad this company is

Use american brother designs

5 months and still no catch can. Some song and dance about a single person doing their colors. I find it hard to believe that they can't find some help to expedite orders. They did respond and knock some money off, but I would rather pay full price and actually receive it in a timely manner. Save your money, unless you don't mind waiting several months for your order. American brothers made by other parts and shipped them in about a month.

Wow, I’m on 3months now because I order a particular color. They said if I didn’t won’t it painted it could go out by next week though! Something truly doesn’t feel legit!!

Parts not up to standards

Took very long for my parts. Most of them where ok. But one peace had a bad finish and the other was not drilled for the set screws. I contacted them they said they would send out some set screws. Now i have to drill and buy a die to finish what they didn't do.

Don't order anything from this company unless you're okay with waiting months for the product. When you call they like to blame it on the other companies that they contact out different parts of the production process to, but if that's the case then they really need to do businesses with better companies or more these production processes in house.

Catch Can 5.7 Jeep GC

They send only one brass fitting. Fight with you the whole time. Went to Home Depot to buy more parts. Their customer service is pathetic and tried to tell me I don’t have a Pcv valve. I asked how is that even possible? They claim the 6.2 L only has a pcv. I explain it’s just a couple inches away. If you a 5.7 hemi, don’t use this horrific company.

WORST COMPANY

WORST COMPANY I have ever worked with. It's been 6 weeks waiting for a catch can and they are finally telling me after 15 emails and 3 phone calls that there no where near finishing my order it hasn't even been colored yet. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! There are many other companies that sell a catch can that dont laugh or think its ok that they are taking forever to get you the product. One of there excuses was that I should be Ok with waiting, they still have people waiting from 3 months before me, clearly I am not getting this thing anytime soon then.

Before you order from Billet Technologies please understand they operate like a cash strapped company; robbing Peter to pay paul. And if you still decide to order then guess what, you are the new Peter that provides money to now pay Paul!

Excuses after excuse are offered up like a collection plate during a sunday church service!

So after reading all these negative experiences you still want to buy something from the POS FOS company, maybe you should invest in a shrink. SERIOUSLY find another company or you'll be the next person leaving comments on this site!
