Billboard Earbuds Not Turning On
Hello
I recently purchased your True Wireless Bluetooth earbuds, and they're really nice, but there is one problem. The right earbud won't turn on.
I don't believe it's dead, because I always have it charging. It's just not turning on, and I don't know what to do.
Then, I reached out to you, and you just ignored me. I would not reccomend purchasing from them again
