Parts department is very unqualified

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I have a business that I occasionally need to order parts from a Chrysler dealer. I chose Bill Luke because they were very friendly on the phone, and it seemed that they knew what they were talking about.

WRONG !! Even giving them the VIN code to order parts, they get it wrong. 3 times !!!!

And then I return the parts and I still get charged the shipping on their mistake!

I will never order parts from them again! And I will never recommend that anyone go there again!!

I just left your customer service department . I was treated terribly.

Horrible communication skills by your staff.

One of your managers physically bumped me on the way out of his office and its on tape.

I will never buy a car from Bill Luke again, I have purchased my last 3 cars from Luke. 0/5 stars

Bill Luke

Took my full size van into Bill Lukes body shop (Phx, AZ) to fix some accident damage to the driver's side rear (back door, bumper, etc). My van is equipped with a wheelchair list, auto door openers and 6 way electric transfer seat. The seat is after market, but also operates with the original electric seat and the door openers have an manual override that takes them out of gear to you can open them without the motor. The factory seat adjustments need to remain in one place or the seat will hit the door frame when using the aftermarket power seat. I also had a massage seat on the drivers side that had buckle straps around the back of the seat. I made sure to let the person who was checking me in to NOT use the factory controls for the seat and I made sure to let them know how the doors and lift worked if for some reason they needed to open the side doors (which I couldn't imagine since the damage was in the rear on the opposite side).

Well, long story short, I go to pick up my van and the gears are skipping as I open my side door (that sometimes happens when the manual override is turned on then turned back off (just a *** you turn on the door). It wasn't a big deal, but I mention it to the guy. He apologizes and says they will pay to fix it. I told him it wasn't a big deal (something I could just fix by turning the *** back and forth). The next thing I notice as I'm getting into my van is that it is CLEAN inside. Now, I have a dog that travels with me and my van in normally one big fur ball, so I knew IMMEDIATELY that they had cleaned the inside. I also noticed that the straps on my massage seat were broken. Again, not a big deal, they have broken before and I just sewed them, but I did mention it.

I get in the drivers seat (which is turned facing the passenger seat) and start to spin it around to the driving position and hear this crunch. The corner of the seat base had taken out the plastic around the door frame. The only way it would do this is that the factory controls had been used and the seat had been moved out of it's optimum position. Again, I had scratched the area before (but this time it was broken), but I wasn't going to fix it because I knew it would just happen again. I did, however mention it to the guy. Well, apparently he started getting scared that I was going to be asking for a bunch of repairs and he went to get his supervisor. FIRST CLASS ***!!! He basically said I was lying about everything. They are in the business of fixing cars, not breaking them AND, they were never inside my car. WHAT? There was no one in here cleaning my car? "No" Ok, talk about liars or was he just *** that he didn't know that the cars were detailed after they were fixed?

The strap on the massage seat was probably broken when someone who was moving the van reclined the seat a little while sitting in it (I keep it straight up which is uncomfortable for anyone else driving it). The manual override for the door was turned just a bit (presumably when cleaning) so turning it all the way fixed that problem. The seat was moved, either by the same person who moved the seat back to drive or by the cleaning crew who accidentally hit one while cleaning.

I will NEVER, EVER go back to BILL LUKE, will never recommend them and will share my story as much as I can. Then, to top it all off, the new paint on the back door had a 6 in run, but, I'm sure that was my fault too!
