So my transmission went out in my car I bought a used one to put in remind you nothing else was wrong with it so they had a student in training fixing my car & then they called and said it's ready I get there and all my lights are on check engine, sensor & the temperature gauge shoot to hot they don't no whats wrong with it (but y'all a car shop right) anyway it drives but *** now I call everyone in woodriver il nobody wants to work on my car after them because they say they have bad service so my opinion check around first they may be cheap but cheap gets you bad service my mom called BBB on them & now they refuse to fix their mistakes so I'm going to take other measure and the big fat dude the owner is rude he was mad about BBB being called well I suggest you get better workers for better service so this won't happen again I'm reporting you to everybody for bad service They may have a an a+ with the BBB but not with me me me probably because nobody have time to report them is why they have few to none cars to work on they fix one problem but cause other they jus thirsty for money to keep afloat is why they constantly being audit by the auditor she will be back for over charging for POOR service
