I lost my account and I can't retrieve it
I opened the game and suddenly my account was gone. I started playing on that account since the start of the game and the fact that I lost it every thing all of a sudden really hurts.
Because JJKPP is my favorite game. And when I try contacting customer support it's just a bot and not a real person I can show my proof to.
They say I have to show all the proof I can find, but I can't send it to anyone. I just want my account back, that's all.

I've been trying to log into my account for almost 2 months, but I'm not receiving any SMS code for my password.
I've also been trying to contact you through feedback, but no one is responding. I hope this time you respond and help me fix this problem, as I feel I have wasted 2 months of my subscription.
