Worst bike shop ever, and I've been to a lot of bike shops across the country, When I asked them for some info on my rear shock they told me to "go look it up online," they then asked me what kind of bike I have, I told them the model, they looked at me perplexed and asked me "who makes that?" I'm sure I looked dumb struck when I told them "GIANT"...Good grief!!! they're a freaking Giant dealership!!!!
Big sign out front that says "GIANT" then they tried to impress me with their "knowledge" by telling me "when I sat through my class they told me to never fill the shock with more than 50 psi" again Good grief!!! 50psi is the minimum recommendation by the manufacturer...bad place!
