Replacement key question

I received the wrong part I was supposed to get a front brake and I got a real derailer this is the last part I need to build my bike part I need to build a bike

Purchased from walmart.com have to find out on my own how to return to you some where else with no responds from them

I should not have to contact the better business beau to try and get this solved you should be helpful enough.

BikeSomewhere.com has the worst customer service

I ordered a bike helmet on May 25 for a bike trip starting June 16. On 5/26 I got an order confirmation.

I never heard from them again. I called twice and emailed twice the first week of June asking them what happened. Nobody called me back, but a couple days later I got an email saying my order would be shipped Fri 6/11. When I did not receive shipping confirmation Fri I emailed them and said if they shipped it Mon it would have to be overnight so I could get it before I left.

They shipped it Mon UPS ground, due for delivery 6/21, 5 days after I left. I called them again. First time someone answered the phone. I said I wanted to speak to a Customer Service Manager and he would not let me.

I had them cancel the order and credit my card.

They did not care about any details. Virtually nonexistent customer service.
