I booked bike hire through Reservation 307116 Order 817274 Date: January 21, 2025 Duration: 3 hours. Central Park West Address: Central Park West & Columbus Cir NY.
We turned up on 21 January to find your huts closed down and no messages to say that bikes were not being rented out that day.
I've sent you a number of emails and not had any response at all and am still owed back the $62.11 that we paid for the bike hire.
WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
