Wish I had read others reviews. As other indicated stated shipping not accurate. parts not in stock and are being 'cross-shipped' and supposedly was notified of this once order was placed within browser, yet there is no such information within the order confirmation email. in the end after waiting 6 days, i'm told the order may ship 7-8 days from when the order was confirmed, and a full 12 days after the order was place.. Advertised price match but it fails advertising because thay will not no matter if you email the lesser prices a totally not helpful service

5 days after placing my order for fork seals (8 bucks for shipping ) received notification that my order is going to be shipped. Think twice about the next time I order from these guys. Previous orders totaled 275 bucks plus. I will not forget this.

First of all do not lie to customers with your "ships on 2 to 3 days".Most of the stuff is just resale from other providers specially oem parts.Actually some of us are really expecting that 2 to 3 days to ship to be true to get our machines back on the street.Second...if you offer online chat as customer service train your people or at least tell them to stop giving your customers the run arround...nothing and believe me nothing their bill... I have a motor cycle need two new tires for a trip not one at a time as I recived them much to late for trip without free *** funnel I was susposed to recive. I guess I will have to call goggle they backed the site. A notice on delivery date, would have helped. A notice on split order and what that would do to order time would have helped. Ordered parts for my atv. I had to wait a week for them to ship. I paid 10 dollars shipping for a box that's one point at the most and they shipped it first class ( The dirt cheap slowest possible shipping there is that basically says FU customer satisfaction you wait for it ) I could have been givin priority shipping for what I paid and had what I needed in 2 days Read more

I have purchased a jacket thinking it would be looking as it is. I was under the impression that i can return the Small jacket if dont like and they would return my money. Now they mention because it is a closeout item they cant return the money instead they will credit my account. Jacket is too big and they dont have other size. They actually charged me over 600 dollars in parts I ordered, banged my account, and basically cancelled my order and Icant even seem to get in concact with costumer service! I just got robbed literally of my hard earned money by these guys!

I am myself in the customer retail business, never ever have I thought I would respond in writing a poor experience! I tried to order some parts for my ATV, upon checkout was told that the method of payment they offered was not available even though it was still posted on their website, their service rep. said that he would pass this down to Mgmt. to have it changed. They suck. Ordered parts and they requested a signature. First time for that. They sent a partial order instead of waiting for all the parts to arrive and sending them all at once. I never requested a signature and the fact that they did screwed up the project so that it wouldn't be done on time. Wouldn't recommend ever using bike bandit as they have NO consideration for their customers.
