Bought 4 batteries arrived well wrapped on a pallet and one had a buldge and the truck shop who installed them told met this and to return the one. Big time did everything to make excuses and attempt to blame me, not to replace it, but were not willing to contact installer to verify it was this way out of the packaging which is proof i did t do anything to it at all, terrible company.

Bigtime Battery - Unethical Company

This company is the bait and switch type. A week after I purchased and days after the product was already supposed to be received, they called requiring more money for the purchase.

Companies like this just try to put you in a position to where you need your order and therefore they believe you will just pay extra as they ask.

I cancelled my order and who know when or if I will receive my refund. Avoid them like the plague as they are completely unethical.

Worst experience I have ever encountered in buying from internet. Do yourself a favor, pay a couple dollars more and deal with a reliable company.

Problem were with bad product, horrible customer service, lost shipping issues. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!

Bad customer service

Terrible experience. I purchased a battery that was supposed to replace my HD motorcycle battery, The battery was the same size as my original but the battery terminals were recessed 1/4 inch and I could not connect the negative battery cable, When I called they said I could have seen that by looking at the picture of the battery.

Okay, I guess that was partly my fault but give me a break, how many people would notice that from a picture. My point was they said it would fit my bike but it didn't so I asked for a refund. They agreed to give me a refund minus the return shipping charges. Still ok, I figure I learned a lesson but wasn't going to give them a bad review until they lied twice about my refund.

A week after they received the battery back in their warehouse I called about my refund and was told it would be issued the next day. After several days I called again and was told the same thing. When I called the third time they finally told me the refund was submitted and sent me a copy of the receipt. When I told Shannon I was was not pleased with their service she was rude and hung up on me.

They may be cheaper than other companies but I guess you get what you pay for. Also check out the BBB, they have a F rating.

Don't do it!

I ordered a standard Harley Davidson Sportster battery. Waited for a week.

And then once it arrived IT DID NOT FIT! Called customer service, received one call back from a manager, who asked some follow up questions about the fitment issues. I explained in detail how the battery did not fit and offered to send pictures. The Manager said she would investigate and get back to me shortly.

It has been two days and she has never gotten back to me. I'm going to AutoZone to get a battery that I can return if it doesn't fit! Save your money.

Or get stuck with a useless battery. Cheers
