Bad customer service

Terrible experience. I purchased a battery that was supposed to replace my HD motorcycle battery, The battery was the same size as my original but the battery terminals were recessed 1/4 inch and I could not connect the negative battery cable, When I called they said I could have seen that by looking at the picture of the battery. Okay, I guess that was partly my fault but give me a break, how many people would notice that from a picture. My point was they said it would fit my bike but it didn't so I asked for a refund. They agreed to give me a refund minus the return shipping charges. Still ok, I figure I learned a lesson but wasn't going to give them a bad review until they lied twice about my refund. A week after they received the battery back in their warehouse I called about my refund and was told it would be issued the next day. After several days I called again and was told the same thing. When I called the third time they finally told me the refund was submitted and sent me a copy of the receipt. When I told Shannon I was was not pleased with their service she was rude and hung up on me. Check out other reviews and complaints before you decide to buy from them. They may be cheaper than other companies but I guess you get what you pay for. Also check out the BBB, they have a F rating.

Don't do it!

I ordered a standard Harley Davidson Sportster battery. Waited for a week. And then once it arrived IT DID NOT FIT! Called customer service, received one call back from a manager, who asked some follow up questions about the fitment issues. I explained in detail how the battery did not fit and offered to send pictures. The Manager said she would investigate and get back to me shortly. It has been two days and she has never gotten back to me. I'm going to AutoZone to get a battery that I can return if it doesn't fit! Save your money. Or get stuck with a useless battery. Cheers
