The company did send my package but never contacted me. NEVER answered countless emails.

I filed a BBB complaint and then recieved it. THEY STILL GET A F.

I ordered 2 items from this adult novelty company. Promise of tracking email never sent. Then a week later I recieve a package. Problem is only one of my 2 ordered items sent. Emails to listed address go unanswered. No communication from them even though I set up a account. I'm a pissed consumer. Name of company, company address and email in uploaded photo.

User's recommendation: Don't order from odd online companies.
