I believe they caused me to recieve spam bombing to my email address
I attended a webinar that Big Marker hosted for Beyond Trust company. I used the link in an email they sent me to attend the webinar.
At the end of the webinar a web questionnaire popped up and I answered the questions about the webinar. Minutes after ending the webinar and filing out the questionnaire I started receiving a ton of spam messages. This happened mid December and I'm still receiving hundreds of spam messages. I can't prove that this company caused the problem but I did not open any email messages or go to any website, etc that would have caused this problem.
I read how hackers can insert hidden links or malware in an email message or web form(questionnaire) that can cause this spam bombing. It has caused many problems and I will probably have to abandon this email account because of it. The company did reply to my complaints but did not come up with any proof that their email message or the following web form (questionnaire) didn't cause this problem! They came close to blaming me that I did something to cause it.
I'm very cautious and vigilant in my online activity. I use malware protection and scan my PC all the time.
They offered information on what to do now that I got the spam but nothing else and deny any fault. Sorry I don't believe them which has led me to this bad review of their company!!!
