Dishonest labor cost
I took my Vehicle into the service department at the dealership to have rear struts and Shocks replaced and was quoted a price beforehand of cost of labor and parts. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the parts were half as much as the quote and that savings was added to the labor costs, making labor costs even more than the quote.
I question it and could not get an answer also no one even called me when the work was finished when arriving to pick my vehicle up I learned it had been sitting in their back parking lot.
My vehicle is still not fixed, still making noise in the rear. I wonder if they really did do any work on it at all.
