Resolved: I’m blocked from the BP website
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was blocked from the BiggerPockets website for a few days due to some unknown issue with my email address. They fixed it and I’m back in.
I tried to get on the Bigger Pockets website today and was blocked. I received a message that said there was a security issue.
I had been setting up Microsoft Authenticator for another website and that's all I can think might have caused it. Here's the message I got: Page. Cloudflare Ray ID: 8aebbcdbb9ab609c. Your IP: Click to reveal.
Performance & Security. I am an active member of Bigger Pockets and need to regain access to the site.

Great site. But, I need to cut back on my expenses.
However, they don't have anyone live that I can speak with - so the process to cancel and get a refund may be a bit difficult! DoDon

I have a billing question
I called the 800 number that was provided only to find out that there is no one who can take your call and everything must be done online. Ive sent two messages online with no response I called the one 800 number and they directed me to the online only support. This is extremely frustrating when you cant get your issue resolved

No access to biggerpockets when I've paid to join, member for years
I need to talk to somebody about customer service right now you have me as someone who is not part of the bigger pockets and yet I have paid in full Getting no response is not good at all

They give your info to 3rd parties
This real estate investing site is about their own income only. They leaked my personal info to 3rd party companies so they could sell me other services. Dont trust these folks.
