Refund took 4 months

I ordered an item from BiggerBras.com on July 24, 2012 and promptly returned it with a request for a refund because it didn't fit. In September I called a few times and left a message. (No one ever answers the phone.) Vonnie returned my call and assured me that my return would be processed and that she would call me when it was finalized. I called again at the end of October, spoke with Vonnie and was told the same thing. I finally received the refund yesterday, 12/5/12 (no phone call preceded it). So, I'm out the shipping costs but much the wiser about this particular company.
