None of your locations honor Facebook coupons I live in Dayton and three locations post coupons on their page but do not honor them( KETTERING SPRINGBORO AND WEST CAROLLTONexample: WHO DEY DRINK.. was told they dont honor coupon but have the drink.. NOT FAIR will send example of coupons..will provide a picture of the couponmy family will take our business elsewhere

Unsatisfactory with product
Had a bogo coffee at the Linden Rd. location.
The pumpkin latte was luke warm and half full. It was loaded with cinnamon. To strong with cinnamon to drink, whip cream was melted as if it had been sitting there for awhile. Took a picture to show someone what it looked like when we got it but nowhere to send.
Your customer service said to call the store as they were individually owned. Called the Linden Rd. number and the call failed. Would love to forward picture if someone is willing to take a look at it.
Think Bigby would be disappointed. Didnt reca receipt.
