Dissatisfied with quality of Service at Bakery
Good Morning, Last night my wife and I ment at your Southwick location after work to get our dinner fixings. Which we had pasta on our mind .
We approach the Bakery department and ask for some Garlic Bread and they were all out. This is not the first time we have ask for it either. So we chose to get your Big Y frozen garlic bread. Which just isnt the same.
Our next trip was to your Meat department where we needed Hamburg and Sausage well the Hamburg was all green which the other customer next to us said thats disgusting. Just turned our dinner off for the night.
Not use to this experience with the quality and service at your store. Sincerely Michelle & Alan Hoyt
Charge for paper bags
yes, you did away with plastic bags--applaud that. state of ct.
collecting 10 cents tax per plastic bag. you offer paper bags, charge 10 cents and do not have to pay it to the state. you are making money on the bags.
there are several markets in our area that give paper bags but no charge. poor customer relations.
