Problem with assembly

I purchased a Mototec Knockout and it arrived yesterday. The only assembly required was 1 allen bolt to attach the handle bars.

The bars will not seat low enough for the hole in the bars and the hole in the post so the only bolt to assemble the scooter can not been installed.

The online store where I purchased it is closed for vacation and Mototec does not provide customer service by phone.

Please let me know how to resolve this disappointing problem.

With only 1 screw to test prior to shipping I can not understand how this was allowed to ship.

The fact that I can not call you guys are the store where I purchased it is only compounding the problem.

Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thanks,

Preferred solution: Instructions on how to install the handle bars when the holes do not line up and the bolt can not be installed.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER!

IF YOU CAN AVOID BIG TOYS USA, PLEASE DO! They are the worse company to shop for ride on cars.

We purchased a Rastar Ferrari from this company and the car they sent was scratched up and damaged so they sent another one and that one malfunctioned within the first five months. I emailed the company to see if there were any warranties on the car and they said it only covered the first 30 days. They had to have known that their products are trash. So I emailed about another issue and just purchasing the parts out right and they took months to respond.

It took me to send the same email multiple times to multiple people to even get a half "sorry for the delay" apology and no resolve. The part they did send in the mail was poorly packaged, dirty and dusty as if it were in the bottom of a box in the very back of the warehouse, and the WRONG PART! I will never, ever encourage anybody to shop with this company.

THE PRODUCTS ARE TRASH AND SO IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUN, and DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!

I had an small issue, but I sent them an email and within the same day they got back to me not only did they handle my issue but they went out of their way and made hooked me up. Kinda glad it happened really.

Chad from sales is the man. He helped on other purchases and I could not be any happier. They were out of stock on some items and gave me a break on shipping costs for the inconvenience and within days the restocked those items. Let's not forget they don't manufacture the products they sell so certain thing are out of they're control.

If they could take care of manufacture issues I'm so sure they would. Plus they have the best prices than anybody and no one else carries so many replacement parts for uberscoot scooters.

If you've searched for parts for your scooter you know what I'm talking about. Bigtoysusa kick ***

Well the title says it all the rim literally blew apart from where it's screwed together in the middle. They did say they would send me a complete rear wheel assembly but I've been trying to get a mail tracking # for a week now I they just email me back saying the factory where they get there parts from is on holiday.

Now mind you this started July 20th 2017.. there is no *** holidays in between from the 20th to now. Do they think I'm *** .... I do not know what there deal is but I already actually spoke to a lawyer about this kind of defect and how it threw me into traffic and had to c a doctor .

Lawyer stated if I wanna go through with it I definitely have a case.

All I want is my rear wheel assembly. But they are the ones treating me like I am *** , so be it..
