Axels broke off my 2022 gooseneck because of the middle school welds on the hangers . Called the Big Tex dealer in Lytle Texas and talked to the manager and still havent heard from him since. I sent him a text and all he replied is that the manufacturer couldnt warranty the damage because it only had a one year warranty on it. Not with those welds on it !! Needless to say I contacted my lawyer. I depend on the trailer for my business and being turning down work because I dont have a trailer to pull my backhoe!!

User's recommendation: Please don’t buy from Big Tex in Lytle Texas they’ll sell but won’t warranty nothing and their service sucks!!
