I never got to them. I don't even no if Big tex has customer service people
Arrived late but within opening hours. Got told to leave.
They would do nothing close to closing time. Sing.

False advertised dry weight of trailer buy 1,000 lbs
- - Curb weight listed as 6,730 lb; dealer confirmed.
- - Title shows 7,630 lb instead of 6,730 lb.
- - Payload ~1,000 lb less; Big Tex error cited.
A lawyer from Big Tex reached out to me but nothing has been resolved yet they admit full responsibility for the error but have not done the right thing in compensating me for their error as of yet. As I stated they lied about the weight of the trailer I purchased they admitted they made a mistake and put the incorrect weight of the trailer which can cause so many problems for drivers operating non-cdl

Axels broke off my trailer
- - Axels broke off my 2022 gooseneck due to welds on hangers.
- - Big Tex dealer in Lytle, TX hasn't responded.

Axels broke off my 2022 gooseneck because of the middle school welds on the hangers . Called the Big Tex dealer in Lytle Texas and talked to the manager and still havent heard from him since.
I sent him a text and all he replied is that the manufacturer couldnt warranty the damage because it only had a one year warranty on it. Not with those welds on it !!
Needless to say I contacted my lawyer. I depend on the trailer for my business and being turning down work because I dont have a trailer to pull my backhoe!!
