Big Splash Car Wash - Pressure crack to front windshield

I have been paying for a monthly service on my Chrysler But Feb 8, 2023 I was driving my BMW which is always in the garage. Nothing wrong with the windshield, not even a chip on it.

This car wash did a pressure crack from the top to bottom. Your manager Calvin said there is a sign at the entrance. It doesnt say it will damage your whole windshield. Horrible customer service.

I will not return. Not even an apology.

But someone had it on the wrong setting. Thanks for breaking my windshield.

Preferred solution: Some kind of reimbursement. I even paid for the car wash and didn’t even get offered a refund after it broke my windshield

Overland Park argued with wife over grease on on front and rear passenger seat cream color leather. bigger area on rear seat.

eep the car pristine ask the older gentleman that was there 2 months ago , said the interior was immaculate.

not first time for grease on the interior.

he agrued that gease was already there and did not to remedy. funny thing no one in back seat in months.

time to cancel $70 monthly contract

Im not really angry im mpre of a helpful voice and giving them rips on what they could do to improve. Anyways i love the car washes and the employees but my review is more for the owners.

Ive been scoping these places for about two years and even met almost every employee and manager ive even met Jason who is very kind and funny. But You guys do not appreciate your employees its sad when you run through this much management and employees. Ive even talked to a few former ones that i see around. A happy employee makes a good business.

There's so much potential in this company i would love to continue my business with y'all and to keep referring you to all My friends and family. Maybe talking positive to them and letting them know how well of a job their actually doing instead of putting them down and *** so much. I love the way the employees work. More dedication in washing cars then i see in most other jobs.

So show a little respect and appreciation. Also why do yall need multiple managers on one sight how could you possibly be making any money? Or how could ylanyone function when they have to ask to do their duties. Let people do their *** jobs.

Give them breathing room especially when theyve been working there long enough. Also i would think yall would stay in contact and verify information before doing something to another persons site or taking the other sites workers. Yall are *** backwards. Ive seen way too many common flaws when it comes to taking care of your employees especially in heat or cold weather.

Theres so much more wrong with these people that its not even funny but This is just my open and honest opinion. Keep up the good work and can't wait to see this place grow.
