Bad news this guy
- - Big Lou messed up.
- - He connected a water heater between units, causing no hot water when a unit is vacant.
- - Walls were opened and repairs cost $1400.
big lou messed up four projects on three of our properties
he connected the water heater from an upstair apartment to downstairs, and visa versa, so when ever one apartment is vacant, the occupied tenant has no hot water.
we had to rip open the walls, calls us $1400 to fix

Raked me over the coals!
- - I was overcharged for an insurance job and they missed deadlines.
- - Work was incomplete and incorrect; debris left for 2 months and damage not fixed.
Hired a company call Big Lou's Plumbing in Miami, Fl. They also do business as 1 800 EZ Plumbing.
I was unsure how to handle my plumbing problem and trusted them with my home because this is their area of expertise. What I got instead was being grossly overcharged me for an insurance job. Did not complete work on time, job was partially done incorrectly and damaged was done to my home and the company has not fixed it. This company also left debris on my property and it has been 2 months and have not picked up.
And to top it off, I am a single woman who just purchased her very first home.
Can you say "taken advantage of". Will not recommend to anyone!
