Horrible Experience!
Three and a half weeks for parts, Family of 5 living out of an ice chest for over a month. Technician comes out to complete repair.
Refrigerator still not cooling. Horrible Experience.
Do Not Recommend! Complete lack of communication!

- Repair failed to correct problem
- Never return calls always at lunch or closed when i call
Preferred solution: FIX MY EQUIPMENT ASAP 30 days with no refridgeration!

Sent a repair person out to fix dryer, he did not speak english, was here for over 2 hours made a BIG mess and left witgoyt saying a word and my dreyer is still not wirking
Faulty Repair Service
This is the place Sears uses for repairs. Tell Sears NO THANK YOU!!!
Demand they send another repair place out. It took 4 days after calling it in to get someone out here. He gets here and doesn't have the part, says they will call and schedule when it gets in. After waiting another 5 business days, I call to get status and lo and behold, the parts are in.
Did they bother to call? NO. 3 days later they are supposed to be here between 10am and 1pm. They finally show up at 3:43pm.
During this time, I have lost $1,053 worth of food. DON'T EVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!
