Bad customer agente
- - Staff pushed my son out of the small pool area.
- - The reason given was that we are Spanish.
- - The place is good, but the staff was described as terrible.
Dont come to this park the staff are very rude whith the kids
We were there in August 2028. My son was in the small pool and he wanted to go to the small slide.
The person in charge told him not to and pushed him out. Why? Because we are Spanish. We saw another person playing and she was kind with them.
My son cried the entire trip. It was horrible.
I can't say anything good about her. The place is good, but she is terrible.
Preferred solution: I pologize and refund
