We got shafted.
- Sales were friendly at first, then unhelpful.
- Car sold for $4,000 with leaking water pump and head gasket; issues surfaced within a month.
They were very warm and friendly during the sales process. After that, not so much.
They sold us a car with a leaking water pump and a blown head gasket for $4,000. Cost to repair is $4,000. We had this car for less than a month before the problems showed up. A heater hose that didn't have a clamp on it popped off.
After we had it towed in the shop found these other problems. $1,000 for the timing belt ,water pump job and $3,000 for the head repair. The auto dealer said all they could do for us is sell us another car.
I think they should do a basic mechanical check of the autos before they are sold and at least offer some help with repairs if they sell a lemon.
STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY.
