Refund our membership
I signed up for membership in February and none of the benefits they stated were available.I originally tried to get a group discount on errors and omissions. When I called to see how it works I called 909-809-**** and spoke with a person named John Saugie. He referred me to an agency in the OC not even related to brokers insurance group. He tried to charge me $400 broker fee on a 1400 e and I policy. When I declined I had called back to cancel my membership. I spoke with John again and he referred me to another agency in LA. I told him to just cancel my membership. He stated he would cut a check. I never received my money". I called and sent numerous emails with no refund|. Them I receive an email from BIG independent group USA and found out they had the same number:. I called and spoke to John again'. He stated this is a new company since brokers insurance group went bankrupt and there was nothing he could do for me and hung up the phone'. Please be careful with this association". There are plenty of reputable associations out there that don't have a self serving interest..Such a shameful experience with them. 1c61ad

this sotry is completely false. I have known Jon for over 30 years.
This just shows the down side to the internet.
Jon has given back to the indsutry in a BIG way and it is a shame that cowards can put things out in the world like this. Keep up the great job and dont let the cowards disrupt the amazing things you do.
